The Sanctuary Event Space

The Sanctuary Event Space is an enchanting rental venue in Austin, suitable for hosting weddings, workshops, corporate gatherings, SXSW events, baby showers, memorial services and more. It provides the best of both worlds with its indoor and outdoor areas, all surrounded by towering oak trees. There are two fully equipped kitchens and three bathrooms available on site. All money earned from renting the space goes towards supporting the Amala Foundation, an Austin-based non-profit which works to better the lives of young people across the world. Legacy Oak

Legacy Oak is an events and wedding venue located in north Chandler, Oklahoma. This scenic setting offers large oak trees, a private lake, a cottage, a long drive lined with cedars, and a 5000 square foot event barn. Our services include hosting weddings, receptions, parties, and other events, all of which can be held either outdoors or inside the event barn. The barn includes a 4000 square foot indoor space with restrooms, kitchen, and a dressing room, as well as a 1000 square foot covered patio to admire the view down to the lake. The cottage provides a great spot for the bride and groom to relax in after the wedding or for the bridal party to get ready. Memory Lane Event Center

Memory Lane Event Center is an ideal event venue for special occasions, located on 18 acres of rolling hills and oak trees in Texas Hill Country. It was founded in 2007 with the goal of providing customers with a perfect setting for their events. Our venue can accommodate up to 250 people and offers overnight accommodations for 15 people. Minglewood Hall

Minglewood Hall is a 13,000-square-foot event venue and concert hall situated in Memphis, Tennessee. It can fit up to 1,650 people and can be adjusted to different sizes and configurations from standing to seated. The main room boasts a large stage, two bars, three private VIP suites, and spacious bathrooms with dual entrances for larger crowds. The parking lot can also be utilized as an event space. Minglewood Hall is perfect for a wide variety of events and gatherings such as wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate dinners, holiday parties, benefit concerts, fundraisers, high school reunions, bar/bat mitzvahs, proms and formals, and private parties. It also has a culinary team, Minglewood Grill & Catering, that can cater to each event. The venue is equipped with modern LED lighting throughout and a 40'x30' stage with a sound and lighting rig. Additionally, it has a curtaining system for smaller events. There are also three dressing rooms with separate restrooms and showers with high-speed phones and internet. Lastly, three skybox suites are available for rent, providing guests with a unique view of the shows.

Midtown Loft & Terrace is the perfect venue for any kind of event. Whether it's a wedding, anniversary, corporate event, bar or bat mitzvah, bridal or baby shower, sweet sixteen, or any other special occasion, our experienced staff will help make sure your event is memorable from start to finish. We provide lounge furniture, state-of-the-art sound systems, buffet tables, and illuminated bars to make your event complete. Our venue boasts beautiful views of Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, with high ceilings, polished oak floors, and contemporary lighting that makes it perfect for fashion shows and runways. We also have all the necessary equipment and staff to ensure your event runs smoothly. The terrace at Midtown Loft offers 360 degree views of the iconic Manhattan skyline and can hold up to 200 people. It is an ideal place for outdoor parties in any season and features an outdoor cigar lounge for guests to relax and take in the views. The interior of the terrace has mahogany floors, copper windows, antique copper light fixtures, and a magnificent fireplace, creating a perfect atmosphere for conversation and drinks. Toe Jam Backlot

Toe Jam Backlot is a unique event space located in Wynwood, Miami. It has its roots in the thriving film industry of the city in the 1990s. The venue was originally one of the first film production companies on South Beach. Toe Jam Backlot houses a spectacular array of props, furniture and art. It has become a popular destination for private events, product launches, weddings, dance hall parties and concerts. Guests can explore various rooms filled with eye-catching items, including a VIP "man cave" adorned with black light vintage posters. The main room features a speaker wall stage and a collection of classic pinball and jukebox machines. In the tropical Shanty Town beer garden, visitors can relax at the Tiki Bar or listen to music at the Boom Shack Stage. The capacity of the venue is 1000 people. Toe Jam Backlot has hosted live music events with big names such as Zoe Kravitz, Shaggy, Elephant Man, Fabulous and Silvestre Dangond, Fat Joe, KRS-One, and Bad Bunny. The space also has a fully equipped production office space and production support for TV commercials, music videos and photography shoots. Sodo Pop

Sodo Pop is an event space with no catering restrictions, making it both unique and cost-effective. The room comes complete with a bar, kitchenette, PA sound system, dance floor, air-conditioning and a disco ball. It officially accommodates ninety-nine people and there are additional spaces such as an overflow hall, a small VIP room and a balcony outside. You can either rent the venue flat rate for DIY events, or opt for the hosted plan which allows your guests to contribute to cover expenses. This includes an open bar, staff, ticketing, taxes and licenses, with the exception of a $10 banquet permit. Any leftover money can be used for catering, entertainment, food and decorations. The typical per person rate is between twenty and twenty-five dollars. Take advantage of the low rates while the building undergoes a seismic retrofit.
