I am experienced architectural designer, 3D renderer,and permit expediter since 2010. I have contributed with other consumers with their room additions, new construction, custom homes, interior remodeling, commercial constructions,pools, and tenant improvements. I have worked with licensed structural engineers, architects, landscape designers, soil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and civil engineers to support me to make complete construction plans for building and safety.
