Introduction: We refer seniors and families to Assisted Living, Residential Care Homes, Dementia Care, Retirement Communities, Independent Living Communities, Board & Care Homes, and all senior housing in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We work within all cities from Marin to Monterey including San Francisco, Burlingame, San Mateo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Los Gatos, and Santa Cruz. In addition, we refer to trusted professionals in Elder Law, Estate Sales, Fiduciary Services, Financial Planning, Geriatric Care, Medi-Cal Planning, Moving & Packing, In-Home Care Givers, Organizing (downsizing & rightsizing), Real Estate, Veteran's Aid & Attendance Benefits, Long-Term Care Insurance. Service: We arrange and help with touring and evaluating as needed. We are available 7 days a week for appointments. We provide customized help depending upon the senior's needs, budget, geography. At Senior Seasons, we give advice regarding what to look for and ask about when selecting a Home or Community. We share information on appropriate Senior Housing including pricing and reputations, assist with gathering and organizing information, arranging or conducting tours, and helping to prioritize needs and wishes. Most importantly, we help Seniors and their families make the best, educated choices when selecting Senior Housing.

The Marc Palo Alto is an upscale apartment community offering high-rise living with a modern feel. Our downtown community is situated right in the center of Palo Alto, California, and is surrounded by a wide range of activities and attractions. Our apartment homes feature 9.5 foot ceilings, air conditioning/heating, renovated interiors*, dishwashers, granite countertops*, built-in microwaves, generous private balconies with views*, stainless steel appliances and more. Our community includes a heated swimming pool, dry sauna room, laundry facilities on each floor, underground parking, storage lockers, fitness center, WiFi in selected areas, billiards, dry-cleaning services, clubhouse, garden terrace, On-Site Management, concierge services, yoga studio, complimentary EV charge stations, coffee/snack bar and more. Application fees are $50.94 and security deposits vary depending on unit size: 1x1- $400, 2x2- $600, 2.5x2.5/3x3- equal to one month. Nearby schools include Addison Elementary School, Jordan Middle School, and Palo Alto High School. Pets are not allowed. *In select units
