At La Mesa Wine Works, we offer a unique and exciting atmosphere in our 5500 square foot space that is perfect for hosting events such as wedding receptions, corporate parties, and retirement celebrations. Our tasting room is 1200 square feet, while our patio area is also 1200 square feet, and our event space is 2500 square feet. Bernardo Winery
The Bernardo Winery is Southern California's oldest winery, founded in 1889 and owned by the Rizzo family since 1927. It produces wines ideal for the region, including Syrah, Petite Syrah, Sangiovese, Merlot, Viognier, Alberino, and Chardonnay, sourced from San Diego vineyards. Visitors to the winery can enjoy a range of activities. The tasting room and outdoor areas offer a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The Kitchen, an Italian restaurant, plus a village of shops, artisan galleries, and a coffee roaster provide something for everyone. Families are welcome, but pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals trained to assist people with disabilities. The winery also provides venues for special occasions and corporate events. Milagro Farm Winery
Milagro Farm Winery is a full production small winery located in Ramona, CA in eastern San Diego County. This stunning area is situated at 2400' elevation and enjoys warm days and cool nights due to its southern California climate. The winery's 100 acres are nourished by onsite spring wells and features animals, olive trees, fruit trees, herbs and flowers as well as vines. Grapes grown on the estate include barbera, sangiovese, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petite sirah, petit verdot, chardonnay, pinot gris, sauvignon blanc and aleatico. These grapes reflect the mineral rich terroir and are cultivated by expert winemaker, Hugo d'Acosta, which results in some of San Diego's best wines. Visitors to Milagro Farm Winery can taste these wonderful wines on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 to 5:30. In addition, Milagro Farm Winery is also an incredible venue for Weddings or other events. On May 8th, however, the winery will be closed for a private wine club event.
