About the Business
Our firm provides legal services to individuals and families when they have been affected by product liability, serious vehicular collisions, medical negligence and medical device cases, construction mishaps and other cases of general negligence. We have a thorough understanding of the automotive industry due to our prior experience defending vehicle manufacturers, allowing us to tackle automotive product liability cases for injured consumers. This includes SUV rollovers, roof crush, tire detreads, occupant restraint failures, unwanted acceleration, and vehicle fires.
To ensure the best outcome possible, we have a registered nurse on staff to provide preliminary medical analysis. Moreover, our long-term relationships with defense attorneys, judges, and experts give us an advantage over other firms.
