Coeur Noir Specialty Printers was established in Brooklyn in 2003, initially solely as a letterpress studio for fine art printing. It soon began to receive requests for commercial and personal projects, which were accepted with the condition of being held to the same high standards of quality as the fine-art work. The studio has since grown to include other services such as foil stamping, spot-color offset lithography, embossing and debossing as well as other specialised finishing techniques. Our fine-art work can be found in some of the world's most renowned art galleries and institutions, including the Smithsonian Institution, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim and the Whitney.
