ALX Community - Waterfront

At ALX Community - Waterfront, located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, we are dedicated to providing our members with a community where they can work, collaborate, learn and give back to the local area. We offer a beautiful co-working space, plenty of meeting rooms, a patio on the Waterfront Promenade and Alexandria's first dedicated Conference Center, all just steps from the waterfront. Our flexible plans are designed to meet the needs of busy professionals and companies of any size. Our members can take advantage of our dog-friendly workspace and enjoy a range of benefits, from day passes to long-term membership plans. Studio225BK

Studio225BK is a full-service photo/video studio and event space located in the upcoming waterfront arts district of Brooklyn. It has been custom-built to suit a variety of needs, featuring a raw roof space, a 750 sq ft custom-designed roof deck, and a 1000 sq ft interior space, complete with a hair, make-up, and wardrobe room. The interior is outfitted with unique and classic furniture and has white walls, distressed brick walls, high ceilings, and a 16 foot by 7 foot south-facing window that provides natural light. The studio offers rental packages for photo shoots, video shoots, fittings, rehearsals, castings, and more. Lighting packages, computers, iPads, G&E needs, SFX gear, backdrops, floordrops, and seamless are all available to rent. Rates vary depending on the type of shoot or event. Photo shoots are $500/day (8 hours), $250/half day (4 hours), and additional hours are $60/hour. Video shoots are $600/day (8 hours), $300/half day (4 hours), and additional hours are $70/hour. Events/functions are $500/half day (4 hours) and additional hours are $100/hour. The studio is also available for classes, workshops, business, networking and performance events. Rates for these types of rentals are determined on a case by case basis. All rentals include use of the studio and its amenities.

Waller Creek Boathouse

Waller Creek Boathouse offers a variety of services and activities related to the waterfront. Rowing classes, clinics, and private lessons are available, as well as rowing summer camps and kayak and stand up paddle board lessons. To further explore the waterfront, guided bat tours are offered. The boathouse also provides fitness memberships with access to lockers, showers, and Town Lake. Grande Ritz Palm is a luxurious waterfront estate that provides all-inclusive event and vacation home rentals from May to October. Boasting 11,000 square feet of living space and 300 feet of pier, this stunning home offers stunning views of the beach with palm trees lining the shore. Perfect for weddings, family reunions, and other special occasions, the estate can accommodate up to 150 guests. Featuring seven kings, four queens, and two doubles, the home now sleeps up to 26 people.
