We have completed a seismic retrofit, a convenient modern laundry room in the basement, and access to an elevator. The building is clean, well-maintained, and safe, and our tenants are fantastic! The photos posted were chosen to give an overall look of the apartments, though some details may vary between available units. Although there is no garage parking, there are four parking garages renting spaces within two blocks. Our neighborhood is vibrant and centrally located, with supermarkets, shopping, and a variety of restaurants offering American and international cuisines, live entertainment, and movie theaters. Public transportation is easy, with access to downtown and BART via MUNI within one to three blocks. You can catch the #2, 3, 4, 19, 49, 47, 38, 27, 1, California Cable Car line, and Golden Gate Transit.
