East Bay Regional Park District Rental Facilities
We offer four rental facilities, located in different parks within the East Bay Regional Park District, for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, retreats, and memorials. Our flexible reservation options range from fully catered events to completely DIY (do-it-yourself) depending on the facility and time block chosen. Tables and chairs are included. The Brazilian Room at Tilden Regional Park can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated reception indoors or up to 225 standing guests and features an outdoor patio for ceremonies and/or appetizer hour with views of the surrounding hills. The Temescal Beach House at Lake Temescal is suitable for up to 80 for a seated reception indoors (56 in the Fireside Room and 24 in the connecting Lakeview Meeting Room) or up to 130 standing guests. This facility includes an outdoor patio surrounded by a vertical garden and views of Lake Temescal from inside. Fern Cottage in Kennedy Grove offers space for up to 60 people for a seated reception indoors or up to 130 standing and has a private backyard with a covered back deck overlooking a landscaped lawn and garden.
