Studio 1418
Are you looking for a quality and elegant studio space to rent in Midtown Manhattan? Studio 1418, on W 38th Street off 8th Avenue, is perfect for seminars, workshops, showrooms, photo and video shoots. The studio offers an array of amenities, including 10 tables and 40 chairs, a private bathroom, three flip charts or white boards, a mic and speaker system, projector and screen, and sound system. Additionally, the studio features a small kitchen area with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and filtered water cooler. Rentals can be made on an hourly basis, starting at $75/hr during business hours, and $125/hr after business hours during the evening. Monthly studio share commitments are also available. 3D virtual tours can be provided upon request. The studio is large enough to accommodate up to 40 people seminars (10-20 when implementing social distancing), and is disinfected after each rental. Photo equipment rentals and photo services are also available. Studio 1418 is conveniently located between Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and is within walking distance of both. It is also just a few blocks from Times Square. The studio offers great northern and western exposure with mostly indirect light, and wonderful views. Discounts are available for full day and multi-day rentals.
