Featuring an elegant 23' bow truss ceiling and 800 square foot courtyard garden, this 6,500+ square foot private campus provides an ideal setting for events, film/photo shoots and art exhibitions. With easy access to the 10 FWY, USC and Exposition Park, Naked Eye Studio is the perfect venue for any occasion. Naked Eye Studio offers a variety of amenities including on-site gated parking (14 stacked vehicles), central heating and air conditioning, handicap accessibility, theater marquee entrance, a 15' rollup door front loading bay, distressed brick parking lot facade, all walls reinforced with plywood, 5 (6') black folding tables, 15 black folding chairs, blackout capabilities, 400 Amp power supply, polished concrete floors, wireless color printer, 8 skylights, kitchen and wifi.

Hauser & Wirth

Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles is one of thirteen worldwide locations of Hauser & Wirth, the international gallery devoted to contemporary art and modern masters. A family business with a global outlook, Hauser & Wirth opened its Los Angeles location in March 2016 in the heart of the burgeoning Arts District. Occupying a former flour mill, Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles is a vibrant communal space that links art and architecture with a dynamic events program. In addition to supporting and collaborating with many local and international cultural organizations, nonprofits, and universities, the Los Angeles gallery fosters public dialogue with the arts through a range of activities that engage the city's diverse population. The Los Angeles gallery site includes Manuela, the onsite restaurant offering locally-sourced produce, a chicken coop and urban garden, an open-air courtyard, and murals celebrating the Arts District's history. Additionally, the site is home to the first ARTBOOK store in LA, the Gallery Shop, and Hauser & Wirth Publishers' Book & Printed Matter Lab.

TENTEN Wilshire

TENTEN Wilshire, located on the famous Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, is a luxury living and working space designed to meet the needs of busy professionals. The 227 fully furnished suites provide guests with all the amenities they need for a comfortable stay, including high-tech conference rooms, valet parking, high-speed internet access, local phone service, in-suite washer and dryer, and cable TV. Field Theory

Established in 2015. Leah Harmatz, a Bay Area native, started Field Theory design studio out of the belief that everyone should have a beautiful, peaceful space to call home. Our aesthetic is influenced by travel, architecture, handcrafted furniture and flea market finds. With a focus on preserving architectural integrity and historic details, as well as environmental awareness, we like to strike a balance between classic and modern. Every space should tell a story. Field Theory has done commercial and residential interior design projects in cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Panama. Projects have been featured in Lonny, Domino, and Apartment Therapy. In 2018, Field Theory opened a retail storefront in the Outer Sunset neighborhood, selling vintage furniture, art, plants, rugs, ceramics and more. The space will host creative workshops, gatherings, design talks and other events.

Maker City LA

Maker City LA is housed on the 11th floor of The Reef in Downtown Los Angeles. We opened our doors in 2013 to serve the entertainment production, apparel, non-profit, licensed, entrepreneurial, and creative industries. We provide local and visiting professionals a location to base their work out of on flexible and affordable terms. You can reserve a work and event space as needed. Inside The Frame

Inside The Frame is a versatile, multi-function rental space located in the Montecito Arts District of Sierra Madre, just east of Pasadena. Serving the Greater Los Angeles area, it is a newly renovated warehouse that has a clean and spacious New York loft atmosphere and functions as a photo studio rental space, as well as an eclectic event venue. Inside The Frame offers photographers and videographers a professional photography studio in a unique 7,000 square foot vintage artist warehouse with both studio and natural light settings and a relaxed, creative environment. The studio also offers a unique venue for small gatherings up to 30 people for  corporate events, salon style functions etc. Please call for details.

Beacon Arts Building

The Beacon Arts Building, located in the heart of the burgeoning Inglewood Arts District, offers ground floor gallery and retail spaces, and a gorgeous New York warehouse-style environment for professional artists, with studios in various sizes up to 8,000 square feet with high ceilings and polished concrete floors.  Amenities include 24/7 access, wifi, utilities,  kitchenette, w/d, large freight elevator, gated parking and more. The gallery, housed within the iconic Beacon Arts Building, offers innovative art programming to enrich the cultural landscape of Los Angeles. Its primary directive is to provide and maintain the integrity of an exhibition space for contemporary art by Southern California artists working in all media. As a catalyst and advocate for new ideas, the endeavor enriches public understanding and appreciation of contemporary fine art by creating conversations through special events, lectures, symposia, and panel discussions with intellectual commentary on exhibitions.

Venue 66

Venue 66 is a turn-key private club, tucked away in the heart of Los Angeles. Our discreet venue is situated near Century City, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Hollywood and offers a luxurious 1,300 square foot space for events, from private dinners to corporate retreats. Additionally, our 750 square foot commercial Chef's Kitchen provides ample room for catering, cooking classes and dine-in kitchen experiences. Guests can also take in the cityscape or skyline views from our private Boulevard Terrace. The salon accommodates up to 50 people and rental fees start at $2,500. Hours are by appointment.
