We provide affordable accounting, payroll and tax preparation services. We are available outside of regular working hours by appointment, and open on Saturdays during the tax season. Our initial consultations are if it takes no more than 15 minutes. If it is longer, we charge $175 an hour. For personal income tax filings, our prices are mostly based on the time taken. Simple returns that take 15 minutes or less will cost $135, half an hour between $145-$175, and an hour between $225-$275. Complexity level may also affect the cost, but this is not usually an issue. Business returns such as corporations, partnerships and LLCs start at $325 and most are priced between $350-$425. We offer accounting and bookkeeping services starting from as low as $45 per quarter, while most businesses pay between $75-$150 per month. Similarly, payroll services start from $45 per month with most businesses paying between $45 - $100 per month. Our services are tailored to our clients’ needs and budget. Maintaining good books and records is legally required for all businesses, however, having a full time in house accounting team can be financially unattainable. We help our clients stay compliant with relevant state and federal regulations.
