Site clearing and stumping work begins with the installation of silt fencing for run-off control, followed by the stripping of topsoil which is stockpiled for reuse. All stumps are removed and taken to a recycling facility. If necessary, demolition of existing structures is done, and all debris is moved to an approved recycling and disposal facility.
