- In 2008 the first piece of American Farmland was purchased and has now more than doubled in value. Another purchase of American Farmland was made in 2014 in Louisiana. We paid 15% below market rate for the farmland and expect for it to double in value over the next seven years. We pay cash for all farmland decreasing your overall risk. We form a partnership and raise all capital to purchase a piece of farmland. We then rent the farmland to a farmer who then farms on the land. Your investment dollars increase in two ways. First through annual rents and second through overall land appreciation over the life of the investment. Our team is made up of a Farming CPA, an Environmental Engineer, an Economist and a Business/Salesperson. An investment in farmland has lower risks and higher returns than other asset classes and adds attractive diversity to your investment portfolio as well.
