Lockout Music Studios is a rehearsal space designed to meet the needs of all musicians. Our building includes key-coded entry and 24-hour video surveillance, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are secure. On top of that, each room has its own air conditioning unit for optimal comfort. Navigating the facility is a breeze. There are elevators on every floor for easy loading and unloading of gear, as well as convenient parking and a load-in area. The building also provides plenty of natural light and fresh air through the windows in many rooms.Our studio space comes in various sizes. From small 60 sq. ft. rooms to large 400 sq. ft. spaces, we have something for everyone. We offer hourly rentals upon request so you can practice on your own schedule. Derbès Mansion

The Derbès Mansion provides an iconic New Orleans location for events of up to 200 guests. We offer the entire 19th century landmark house and its park-like gardens for wedding receptions, parties, and corporate functions. Our rental includes the parlors, dining room, central hallways (up and down), balconies and galleries (both front and rear), the salon rooms upstairs and the kitchen - all available for your caterer. As a special dressing and preparation space for the bride, we include the Grand Benachi Suite, and its adjoining bath, upstairs; and for the groom, the Private Groom's Room and its adjoining bath, downstairs. We also provide four rest rooms. You can choose to have your event indoors, outdoors, or both. Up to 200 guests can enjoy the patio and gardens, or be comfortably contained in the house. This can be as simple as updating an existing hall bathroom to playing musical chairs with your kitchen and open load bearing walls. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks and more. One of our specialties is structural modifications and repairs. We help with layout, design and selections through our detailed proposal process. When it is time for execution, we handle purchasing and getting all of your selections to your home. The newly renovated Central Presbyterian Church is the perfect place to host concerts, special events, and meetings. It comes equipped with lots of features to make your event a success. All floors are accessible via a street-level elevator and there are handicap accessible restrooms. The Narthex also has a concession area for easy serving. The Antonia Brico Stage & Performance Hall seats around 930 people and comes with all the necessary equipment including a concert manager, custodian, conductor podium, chairs, and music stands. The church instruments available include a Kawai Concert Grand Piano, a 50-rank pipe organ, and a 1-manual harpsichord, which can be tuned for an additional fee. The house PA system is also included for announcements. Seated risers may be available for an extra charge through the Denver Philharmonic. The Narthex Event Space, at 2,600 sqft, is perfect for hosting events and can seat about 100 people. There is also a wet bar and concession area, as well as a kitchen for catering. The church also has 5 small group breakout/meeting spaces, some with AV equipment. These rooms can seat anywhere from 11-24 people depending on the room. The main level chapel seats 24, the second level east and west classrooms seat 17, the choir room seats 16, and the central meeting room seats 11. Concerts and Events at Central Presbyterian Church is the ideal venue to host your shows, seminars, and events.
