Building Construction
Johnson Stewart Materials is a reclamation project dedicated to providing businesses and the public with a place to dispose of inert construction debris, such as concrete, asphalt, dirt, and rock, at lower costs than traditional landfills. We do not accept any materials that are not inert, including grass, trees, roots, metal, household waste, or toxic waste.
Johnson Stewart Company is an auto repair facility and parts center specializing in Mack, International, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks, as well as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu tractors, Utility, Great Dane, Wabash, Ranco, and Big Tex trailers. Our team has years of experience in heavy truck and auto repair, and we strive to provide quality services.

- We were established in 1946 as a concrete supplier and mining company. We grew to be the biggest concrete supplier in the phoenix are employing over 300 people in the area. In 1986 we sold working assets and business to Blue Circle who is now Cemex but kept the land to lease back to these companies. From 1986 to 1998 we were primarily a leasing company until we started Johnson Stewart Materials inert landfill / mining reclamation project and in 2009 started a truck repair shop. Our goals for the future are to continue the repair shop and reclamation project until the land is to grade and develop it as commercial land for retail use.
