At The Offerman House, we'd like to explain the recent events that took place in our building located in the up and coming Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood. Construction debris from nearby sites blocked the cartridges carrying water to some of the units facing Fulton Street. We quickly installed a state-of-the-art filtration system to resolve the issue of hot water inconsistency and saw a vast improvement afterwards. We reached out to every affected resident and created an agreement for the inconvenience caused.
