The Century 21 Amber Realty Testing Center offers a 14-week course designed with two objectives in mind. The primary goal of the program is to assist students in preparing for the California State Department of Real Estate Salesperson Examination. Topics covered include Estates, Escrows and Title Insurance, Contracts, Real Estate Math, Ethics, Finance, and Appraisals. The other goal of the course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the lucrative and rewarding world of real estate. The classes are taught by David Sheerin, who has over three decades of experience in the field and will share his secrets to success in real estate.
The program consists of 14 classes exploring Commissions, Business Plan, Prospecting, Buyer Interview, Financing, Showing Property & Writing an Offer, Listing Appointment, Escrow Process, Real Estate Math for the State Test, How to get Rich Buying Real Estate, Real Estate Closing Techniques, How to analyze an investment property, How to do a flip, and Money is Nice. Each class is two hours long and is held once a week for ten weeks, with the schedule being in constant rotation. This allows you to start anytime!
