Bargemusic

Since 1977, Bargemusic has been providing chamber music performances in a unique and stunningly beautiful location--a floating barge at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. With the impressive backdrop of the East River and lower Manhattan skyline, local audiences are able to experience the intimate atmosphere that is ideal for chamber music. The mission of Bargemusic is to increase cultural life in New York by offering frequent performances of chamber music and making it available to as many people as possible. To achieve this, they present 220 concerts annually, offer free tickets to a variety of groups each week, plus a monthly free concert open to the community. Pinecrest Gardens

South Florida's Pinecrest Gardens is a cultural arts park and botanical garden that covers 14 acres of stunning natural beauty. It offers a variety of entertainment for children, including a petting zoo, splash and play area, and playground. During the high season, between October and April, the park hosts a Family Friday every month featuring an animated movie and flashlight tours through the gardens. There is also a monthly Cult Night Film event with adult refreshments, free parking, and a peaceful outdoor atmosphere. The park also boasts an art gallery with a new show every month and a six-month performing arts festival called Arts in the Gardens. During this festival, theater, music, and dance performances are held every weekend and two resident orchestras, three resident dance companies, and three resident theater companies are featured. Additionally, there is a seven-performance jazz series and free concerts of jazz and chamber music.

Rocketown is a charitable organization that provides assistance to middle and high school students in the downtown area of Nashville. Their approach is comprehensive, aiming to nurture the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of young people. To do this, they offer a variety of activities and services, including a skatepark, live music and concert venues, a snack bar, and afterschool programs focused on academics and creative arts.
