DC Harvest
DC Harvest is a modern restaurant committed to providing healthy upscale dining with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. At Piazza 1909, we strive to provide a unique Mediterranean dining experience for our customers. Our menu features freshly made pasta daily, pizza, seafood and daily specials, as well as vegan and gluten-free friendly options and a kids menu. We also offer outdoor seating and large covered patios for private parties, as well as a private events venue. We have implemented Covid19 safety guidelines, such as table distancing, and offer online pick up orders. Temporarily paused is our private cooking classes for family gatherings, but we still offer team building cooking classes. Additionally, we are dog-friendly and even provide a dog menu. We also provide professional catering services and plenty of gluten free options, including GF pizza and pasta. Lastly, we offer a Saturday and Sunday brunch, Tuesday through Sunday dinner, daily specials, chef table dinner, half off wine Tuesdays, and brunch endless mimosa on Saturday and Sunday. Happy hours occur Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 – 5:30pm, and we have homemade eggplant parmigiana available on Sundays and Wednesdays. At Kafeneio Coffeehouse, we offer a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Our traditional macchiato, French press, pour over, white espresso, red espresso, and regular espresso are popular choices. We have a wide selection of dairy options including whole, skim, half & half, whip cream, almond, rice, and soy. Apart from our standard range of drinks, you can also get creative and try one of our specialty lattes. All our drinks can be served hot, cappuccino, Frappe', or iced. In addition, we also provide freshly made sandwiches and salads. We also have homemade soup combos for those who prefer something more filling. For those with a sweet tooth, we offer a selection of Greek pastries, local Gin's Pastries, and Rich's Bagels. We also host events in our building, known as the "West Wing". Here you can attend music concerts, parties, video game tournaments, Independent Film Nights (Last Friday of each month), business meetings, and groups. On our main floor, we have couches, wide space, tables, good background music, a T.V., a bar to chat with your Barista(s), free Wi-Fi, and plenty of outlets. For those who would like to enjoy their drinks outdoors, we have an outside patio with chairs and tables, as well as plenty of parking.
