I recently experienced a major water damage in my home in San Jose due to an aging water heater. Half of the house had to be completely renovated, so I hired Casa Utopia Builders to do the build-back after the restoration company finished their work. Casa Utopia Builders renovated my kitchen, living/family area, half bathroom, entry and garage. The owner and project manager, Elior, made the process much easier for me as I was very stressed. They provided great ideas when it came to design and helped me select materials such as tiles and countertops. The company also uses a special construction software called "Job Progress". This allowed me to monitor the progress, job schedule and payments. In the future, I plan to build an ADU in the back of my house and will definitely be using Casa Utopia Builders again. I am very grateful for all the help and hard work they have done.
