Frank Matranga and Julei Campos, long-time friends and colleagues, had a vision of providing the Pacific Northwest telecommunications industry with first-class real estate and construction services. It was while they were relaxing on the white sand beaches of Hawaii that they conceived the idea of Lynx Consulting, Inc., located in Woodinville, Washington.

Their services include engineering services such as zoning and construction drawings, civil site designs including grading, drainage, and erosion control, AutoCAD drafting and modeling services, and third-party design review. They also provide full management of vendors and sub-vendors, such as 1A and full boundary surveys, structural analyses and modification designs, structural mapping, geotechnical studies, RF emission studies (NIER) phase I, NEPA, SHPO, THPO, FAA/FCC coordination, ground resistivity testing, and noise/AM study coordination.

In addition, Lynx Consulting offers construction management services like new build, site modifications and COWs, site walks/audits, design review, bid document preparation, material management, general contractor management, utility coordination, close-out documentation, budget and schedule management. They also provide real estate services such as new build, site modifications and COWs, site visit and file audits, design meetings, regulatory review, zoning and permitting, landlord notice and consent, and contract negotiations (MLA, non-MLA, easements), and NTPs.
