Penn State University and obtained a Bachelors in Finance degree in 1985. Subsequently I moved to Maryland masters degree from American College, a Masters of Science in Management MSM. In 2007 I moved from Annapolis to new residents to the community. I also work with many HOA communities for their insurance needs.
