Megan Joy Events
Megan Joy Events offers pre-wedding and wedding day of services that are designed to make the special day go as planned. They provide unlimited communication through phone and email, a wedding questionnaire to help direct the timeline, and create diagrams with All Seated (if available). Additionally, they communicate venue policies and procedures to vendor teams, organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal, and provide a personal assistant to the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. The services also include Megan being contracted for a 12-hour day from 10:00am to 10:00pm. During this time they will display any personal wedding decor and line up the wedding party. They will cue musicians during the ceremony, ensure the reception runs on schedule and confirm line up for the grand entrance. Lastly, they will distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors, set up and tear down any couple’s personal items, and packup the personal decor.

Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access.
