Secret Garden Loft

Our Secret Garden Loft is located in the heart of Hollywood, offering incredible views of the hills and the famous Hollywood sign. It is situated on a quiet and wide street for easy access to nearby restaurants and Trader Joes. The two-story loft-penthouse comes with its own terrace, making it perfect for hosting classy gatherings. Valet parking is available on both sides of the building, and the building itself is secure with an industrial freight elevator. The loft is equipped with air conditioning (heat and cold) on both floors, Sonos speakers throughout, and a fridge with ice maker. We allow music to be played until 11PM sharp, and on Saturdays events can go until midnight, with clean up not going past 1AM (special days such as New Year's Eve and Halloween may be allowed to go later). To ensure the success of your event, we require you to book a private security guard or site representative through our staffing company. This guard will welcome your guests and escort them up to the loft, while also standing outside and monitoring the hallways during the event. We collect a $500 refundable security deposit at check in. To schedule a visit, please contact us as the maximum capacity for the loft is 80 people. Additionally, we do not allow the use of any speakers or amplifiers other than the ones we provide.

Gordon Training Systems

Gordon Training Systems (GTS) is devoted to providing training, research, and instructor development for personal safety, combat sports, self-defense, fitness, and tactical readiness. We are divided into three distinct divisions: Tactical, Fighting, and Training. Gordon Fighting Systems is responsible for all combat sports (boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA), and martial arts (Jeet Kune Do, etc.) coaching including competitions. GTS Train oversees online training (live stream, on demand), equipment, course content, classroom lectures, workshops, public speaking, coach development, instructor development, and certification for all related brands and affiliates. Gordon Tactical Systems (GTS Tac) oversees all survival training related to self-defense and law enforcement tactics. GTS Tac is approved by the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Training to offer Defensive Tactics/Use of Force training and certification to law enforcement officers. We also provide training to military personnel, private security guards, and other professionals, as well as self-defense, personal safety, and crime prevention classes to the general public.

Workplace 1919 is located in the historical Washington Avenue Arts District and provides a range of services for professionals. Our beautifully renovated building offers easy access to I-45, I-10 and Memorial Drive, as well as free parking for tenants. We offer a variety of small hot desk spaces, dedicated workstations and closed private secure office spaces. Our facility includes modern amenities such as 24-hour secured access, high-speed fiber optic internet, full kitchen, large-format plotter/scanner, full-color copy machine, free coffee, tea & filtered water and two conference rooms for tenant use.
