SPARK! is a creative learning environment, offering reservations for birthday parties, private events and team building, as well as field trips. Our facilities cater to students from second grade to high school, providing them with an immersive experience that helps develop their self-definition as creative individuals. Located in the sub-basement of the historic South Side on Lamar building, SPARK! offers workshops, activities, and access to experts and artists, all intended to spark imaginations and expand minds. We believe that our hands-on learning approach helps students gain confidence in their creativity, and develops skills that will help them succeed in school and in the workforce. At timothyj kitchen & bath, our team of award-winning professionals strive to provide excellence in design, quality and customer service. Our team is comprised of two dedicated individuals, Tim and Kelly, who work together to create the perfect kitchen and bath design for any project. We are the only Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) in Southeast Wisconsin, and our work has been featured nationally and in many design competitions. In addition to designing beautiful spaces, we are also committed to giving back to the community in Walker's Point. We host events and open houses in our studio and take great pride in our involvement in historic Walker's Point. When not designing or judging competitions, Tim enjoys playing the fiddle in his Irish band and both Tim and Kelly take pleasure in sailing. AXIS Pioneer Square
Urban Light Studios, founded by Kevin and Julie Law, is launching a new venture in Seattle's Pioneer Square: AXIS Pioneer Square. This multi-use creative space celebrates the 128-year-old former Elliott Bay Book Co. building, preserving its 10,000-square-foot history and transforming it into an "axis" point for art, culture, photography, and events. The 16-foot brick arches, connecting 1st Ave to Nord Alley, add to the charm of this beautiful space. AXIS Pioneer Square offers a special event venue, an art gallery, and a photo studio. It also pays homage to Seattle's first hospital and library, Doc Maynard's, which was housed in the building before the fire. The Law's hope to provide a unique and enriching experience for their customers, creating an unforgettable memory with their services.
