International House

International House, located at the heart of University of California Berkeley's campus, is the perfect place for international scholars, American students looking to learn about new cultures and customs, and individuals passionate about exploring global issues. Our services and support cater to international students, helping them to make the most of their U.S. experience while making the most of their University of California Berkeley education. We provide many benefits to help you find a balance between academic pursuits and social activities. These include access to a 24-hour library and computing center exclusively for I-House residents, intercultural workshops to reinforce I-House's mission, free admission to a variety of public cross-cultural programs and activities, resident programs like festivals, movies, concerts, and dance classes, optional organized day trips to popular tourist sites, entertainment destinations, and other attractions in the San Francisco Bay Area, meal plans with a diverse menu, and I-House's own scholarship and financial aid packages.

The Red Poppy Art House

The Red Poppy Art House is an on-site exploration in cultural-artistic-community engagement in the residential sector of the Mission District of San Francisco. With an aesthetic often likened to small cafés found on the back streets of European and South American cities, the Art House serve as a micro-center for artistic development, experimentation, and presentation, framed within the intimate setting of a 650 square foot commercial locale. Through this context, we seek to make visible the full living of artists, making the space itself as accessible and familiar and as one's neighborhood corner store. Continually shape-shifting in form, the Art House unifies working artist studio, concert hall, classroom, and everyday meeting ground where new relationships are forged. Our ideal is to wed the arts to everyday life, immersed in both the richness and the complexity of challenges inherent in our own community and the greater society at large.

VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena

SMG Jacksonville brings six unique venues to the City of Jacksonville. Olympia Theater

The Olympia Theater, also known as the Gusman Center, is a renowned cultural landmark in downtown Miami. Established in 1926, it has been designated as a National Register of Historic Places and is part of the League of Historic American Theaters. The theater houses a variety of events, including live performances, films, corporate meetings and social affairs. Its grand interiors are adorned with stunning decor, twinkling lights, a dramatic grand staircase and massive Spanish Baroque chandeliers.The Olympia Theater offers a unique experience to its visitors. Amsterdam Student Residence Hall

The Amsterdam Student Residence Hall is located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. The residence is equipped with 24-hour security and a full-time Residence Assistant, as well as single and double rooms, air conditioning, WiFi, and laundry facilities. The location offers easy access to many cultural institutions, such as the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the New York State Theater, the New York City Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera House, the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vivian Beaumont Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Library and Museum of the Performing Arts, the School of American Ballet, AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts, and Julliard School of Music.

Kings & Queens Hall Rental

At Kings & Queens Hall Rental, we specialize in renting out the hall for all types of special events, such as birthdays, family dinners, and community events. Our hall is clean, comfortable, and handicap accessible. We also offer a warm welcome to members of the LGBTQ community. We have different discounts available for weeknights (Monday through Thursday). All rentals come with free ice, tables, chairs, and access to the kitchen. Our hall has enough space to comfortably accommodate up 125 people. We also have a dance floor, DJ booth, and food serving area. We have a parking lot right next to the door, an overflow lot on the opposite side of the building, and plenty of on-street parking. The bathrooms are nicely sized, with three stalls for each gender. For those looking to party, we also provide disco lights. We offer different rates depending on the day and time of the event. On Monday through Thursday, 4-hour rentals start at $250. On Friday through Sunday, 4-hour rentals cost $375 if the event starts before 7 PM. Any events starting after 7 PM cost $575 for 5 hours. All rental fees require an additional $100 security deposit to lock in the date. The rental must be paid for at least one week before the event.If you need any extra services, such as decorations, chair covers, or catering, these can be provided for an additional cost.
