Based In is a creative hub for entrepreneurs, conveniently located on the edge of Little Italy and Chinatown in New York City. Just a short walk away are Tribeca, SoHo, Bowery and the Lower East Side. There is also a Citi Bike station directly outside the building, as well as easy access to the B, D, 6, J, Z, R, N, and Q subway lines. Our newly designed space is furnished with natural light, exposed brick walls, and silver tin ceiling. Each workspace is equipped with a desk, storage, and shelving, and is accessible around the clock. In addition, the office boasts private meeting rooms, a lounge area, phone booths, a kitchen, bathrooms, and coffee and tea. The building is a platform for creatives from all disciplines to work together and build networks within East London and beyond. It provides lifestyle, wellness, food, event and building services round the clock. From acrobats to music producers to photographers, art restorers and filmmakers, over 100 creative businesses inhabit the building. Netil 360, the rooftop bar, offers a great environment for events and gatherings. Émigré Studios is a creative complex located in Hackney, East London. It provides a space for art and social good works to happen. This includes a street of renovated Victorian industrial arches, a new green building and a collective design space, café, gallery and weekend market.
