The Villa Franca

The Villa Franca is a wedding venue and special event facility located in Mill Bridge. It has been a landmark of the community since 1859, when it was built for Dr. Francis Neely Luckey, who served as a surgeon during the Civil War. After being passed down through the Brown family, the property was bought by the Blacks in 1998, who restored it to its current condition and opened it to the public in 2004.The Villa Franca offers an unforgettable experience for all its guests. Legacy Oak

Legacy Oak is an events and wedding venue located in north Chandler, Oklahoma. This scenic setting offers large oak trees, a private lake, a cottage, a long drive lined with cedars, and a 5000 square foot event barn. Our services include hosting weddings, receptions, parties, and other events, all of which can be held either outdoors or inside the event barn. The barn includes a 4000 square foot indoor space with restrooms, kitchen, and a dressing room, as well as a 1000 square foot covered patio to admire the view down to the lake. Tower Beach Club is a stunning 4,300 square foot indoor and outdoor event venue, which opened in 2019 and was recently remodeled with an attention to detail. It offers incredible views of Mission Bay beachfront, La Jolla to the north, and Sail Bay to the east, as the sun sets to the west. The open-air bar and large beachfront patio make it feel like a luxurious beach club without the hefty price tag. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and catering to keep costs down. Seating for 120 guests is included in the rental, along with 8 high top cocktail tables. Tower Beach Club is suitable for events of all sizes, ranging from small corporate meetings for 30-50 people up to larger weddings and parties for 200 people. Megan Joy Events

Megan Joy Events offers pre-wedding and wedding day of services that are designed to make the special day go as planned. They provide unlimited communication through phone and email, a wedding questionnaire to help direct the timeline, and create diagrams with All Seated (if available). Additionally, they communicate venue policies and procedures to vendor teams, organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal, and provide a personal assistant to the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. The services also include Megan being contracted for a 12-hour day from 10:00am to 10:00pm. During this time they will display any personal wedding decor and line up the wedding party. They will cue musicians during the ceremony, ensure the reception runs on schedule and confirm line up for the grand entrance. Lastly, they will distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors, set up and tear down any couple’s personal items, and packup the personal decor.
