The Hawthorn Center

The Hawthorn Center is a banquet room rental facility located in the heart of downtown. It can accommodate up to 80 people and offers a variety of amenities. It comes equipped with a kitchen, featuring a warming oven, microwave and refrigerator, as well as tables and chairs for guests. Furthermore, it boasts a sunny flagstone patio which can be accessed through wall-length windows. Music can be played through the sound system by plugging in an iPod. Renters of The Hawthorn Center can expect a unique experience with the use of their kitchen and patio, as well as the convenience of their own music. The staff is available to help make the event run smoothly and answer any questions. An appointment is required to rent the room.

The Abbott House

The Abbott House offers a wonderful venue for your wedding. With two to five staff assistants to help with setup, working the event and cleaning up afterwards, you can be assured that everything will run smoothly. The bride and groom suites come with champagne and fruit, and the first floor of the house can be used for a cocktail hour or tour. The formal banquet room is equipped with seven chandeliers, surround sound, a granite bar with an ice maker and refrigerator, and 13 floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside. Tables and chairs are provided, as well as floor-length white or ivory tablecloths for the banquet room. Outside, there is a private courtyard with 13 flower gardens, a sound system, a water fountain, an outside granite bar with a sink and refrigerator, a gas fire ring, a bandstand, a dance floor, a gazebo, and landscape lighting. Additionally, indoor and outdoor air conditioning restrooms are available. We also have a planner/coordinator on staff and the venue can be opened for rehearsals and photos with appropriate notice. We offer rental packages for 50 and 100 guests, with additional guests at a rate of $20 each. Rental includes time from 11am to 11pm, and all amenities. Outside vendors may also be brought in if desired. The Abbott House has a 1940 classic Packard with chauffeur available for rent. Kellerman's Event Center

Kellerman's Event Center is located in a historic building in Downtown White Bear Lake. Our 4,000 square foot banquet room features 17-foot high exposed fir wood ceilings, hardwood floors, handcrafted European storefronts, a cozy 2,000 square foot lounge area with a bar and separate private bride's and groom's room. We also have a beautifully landscaped courtyard to make your event even more special. To add to the experience, The Alchemist, a craft cocktail bar with a unique menu and Steampunk style, is located in the same building. Meinders Hall of Mirrors

Meinders Hall of Mirrors is the perfect setting for any special event or gathering in Oklahoma City. This stunning art deco ballroom features 4,800 square feet of banquet and reception space, with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and windows that offer a breathtaking view of downtown Oklahoma City and Bicentennial Park. With the capacity to hold up to 300 people for banquets and 500 for theatre seating, this truly unique venue provides its guests with an unforgettable experience. Catering services are available, and rental rates include room rental, tables, chairs, set up/clean up fees. Nuvo Room

Nuvo Room is a modern and unique event venue located in North Dallas, close to the Galleria Mall. Ideal for day and evening events, the contemporary banquet space is the only one of its kind north of I-635. Rates are reasonable, starting at $2,000 Monday through Thursday, $3,500 on Fridays and Sundays, and $5,000 on Saturdays. The spacious room can be easily set up to suit any event, with dramatic natural lighting for daytime events or colorful lighting for nighttime events. Additionally, the base rental price includes room up lighting, making it an even more attractive option. The State Room Banquet Hall

The State Room Banquet Hall offers a spacious venue for any special occasion. With a capacity of 410 people, the main hall can accommodate 360 guests, with an additional 50 people seated in the bar area. The 900 square foot parquet dance floor is surrounded by carpet and there is a raised stage area of 20' x 10' for DJs, bands, head tables and toasts. Parking is plentiful in the downtown area of South San Francisco. The hall includes rectangular tables and upholstered chairs, while round tables are available for an additional fee. It also has a house speaker's podium and PA system, as well as an elevator at the rear of the building. The State Room Banquet Hall is fully equipped with a full commercial kitchen that can be used by you or your caterer. It includes an 800 pound capacity ice machine, freezer, commercial refrigerator, Wolf stove with double oven, griddle, six burners and a stock pot stove. A commercial dishwasher is available on request. Lastly, there is a staff member on the premises or available during your event.
