The State Room Banquet Hall
The State Room Banquet Hall offers a spacious venue for any special occasion. With a capacity of 410 people, the main hall can accommodate 360 guests, with an additional 50 people seated in the bar area. The 900 square foot parquet dance floor is surrounded by carpet and there is a raised stage area of 20' x 10' for DJs, bands, head tables and toasts.
Parking is plentiful in the downtown area of South San Francisco. The hall includes rectangular tables and upholstered chairs, while round tables are available for an additional fee. It also has a house speaker's podium and PA system, as well as an elevator at the rear of the building.
The State Room Banquet Hall is fully equipped with a full commercial kitchen that can be used by you or your caterer. It includes an 800 pound capacity ice machine, freezer, commercial refrigerator, Wolf stove with double oven, griddle, six burners and a stock pot stove. A commercial dishwasher is available on request. Lastly, there is a staff member on the premises or available during your event.

Donworth Event Center
Donworth Hall is a beautiful event hall and gym located in San Francisco's Lakeside district. We share unlimited parking with Stonestown mall and are just a 3 minute walk from Muni's M line and 17 line. This new hall is approximately 20,000 square feet (gym and hall combined) and can accommodate up to 200 persons seated and 400 persons standing. Prices are extremely competitive and negotiable for all budgets. We offer hourly rates and full-day packages. Bookings can start as early as 8:00 am and go until 11:00 pm. If you book until midnight, please note that all events end at 11:00 pm, bars close at 10:00 pm and clients have until Midnight to vacate the facility.
