No private offices. No conference rooms. Just you, the keyboard, and a room of like-minded creatives focused on getting the words on the page. We offer a FREE DAY to all newcomers. Because of our smaller space we do fill up, so please call or email before heading over, on the day, to confirm availability. We also offer a discounted MONTH TRIAL for $169. In 2013, Wisznia | Architecture + Development transformed the originally named Hennan Building, later known as the Latter & Blum Building, into 105 luxurious downtown New Orleans residences, as well as a Merchant Cafe and BETA Workspace.
