Slate NY is an upscale two-story sports lounge, night club, restaurant, and events venue located in the Flatiron District of New York City. Boasting both private and semi-private areas, it features a self-serve beer and wine system, as well as many activities such as ping-pong, pool, foosball, and giant Jenga, all set against stylish decor that spans 16,000 square feet. City Vineyard is an elevated dining destination situated on Pier 26 in Hudson River Park. Visitors are treated to stunning views of One World Trade Center and Tribeca, while they enjoy the river view from the other side. The venue offers a wide selection of wines from both the house and from around the globe, as well as a raw bar and full menu. City Vineyard is the ideal location for private events, with a capacity of up to 60 seated guests inside and 200 standing people on the roof deck. Studio 1418, on W 38th Street off 8th Avenue, is perfect for seminars, workshops, showrooms, photo and video shoots. The studio offers an array of amenities, including 10 tables and 40 chairs, a private bathroom, three flip charts or white boards, a mic and speaker system, projector and screen, and sound system. Additionally, the studio features a small kitchen area with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and filtered water cooler. Rentals can be made on an hourly basis, starting at $75/hr during business hours, and $125/hr after business hours during the evening. Monthly studio share commitments are also available. 3D virtual tours can be provided upon request. The studio is large enough to accommodate up to 40 people seminars (10-20 when implementing social distancing), and is disinfected after each rental. Photo equipment rentals and photo services are also available. Studio 1418 is conveniently located between Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and is within walking distance of both. It is also just a few blocks from Times Square. The studio offers great northern and western exposure with mostly indirect light, and wonderful views.
