FranMo Urban Farm is a unique outdoor garden venue located in Seattle, providing a picturesque environment for smaller social gatherings. The 25,000 square foot park-like setting is ideal for accommodating up to 30 guests for events such as afternoon garden parties, off-site work space, micro weddings and elopements. Visitors can explore various areas of the farm which are perfectly suited for pre-function activities, mingling, and interactive activities. You are free to choose your own food and drinks with FranMo's open catering policy. This includes do-it-yourself options, delivery, or professional services. The farm also offers complete wedding packages for those who wish to elope or have a micro wedding, as well as private courthouse-style ceremonies at the Wedding Studio on the premises. Site visits and bookings are by appointment only.

AXIS Pioneer Square

Urban Light Studios, founded by Kevin and Julie Law, is launching a new venture in Seattle's Pioneer Square: AXIS Pioneer Square. This multi-use creative space celebrates the 128-year-old former Elliott Bay Book Co. building, preserving its 10,000-square-foot history and transforming it into an "axis" point for art, culture, photography, and events. The 16-foot brick arches, connecting 1st Ave to Nord Alley, add to the charm of this beautiful space. AXIS Pioneer Square offers a special event venue, an art gallery, and a photo studio. It also pays homage to Seattle's first hospital and library, Doc Maynard's, which was housed in the building before the fire.
