The Jesus Wall Studio is a photography studio located close to a freeway and various food options, with an air-conditioned interior and multiple setup choices. The most iconic of these is the Jesus Wall – a white cove that creates a unique atmosphere for any shoot. It also has lights and grip available, and its 500+ rentals over the past three years speak to its dependability and quality. It's a sizeable space, with a total of 2300 square feet and 15-foot ceilings, and the big windows provide a warm afternoon fill light. All major credit cards are accepted. Our Secret Garden Loft is located in the heart of Hollywood, offering incredible views of the hills and the famous Hollywood sign. It is situated on a quiet and wide street for easy access to nearby restaurants and Trader Joes. The two-story loft-penthouse comes with its own terrace, making it perfect for hosting classy gatherings. Valet parking is available on both sides of the building, and the building itself is secure with an industrial freight elevator. The loft is equipped with air conditioning (heat and cold) on both floors, Sonos speakers throughout, and a fridge with ice maker. We allow music to be played until 11PM sharp, and on Saturdays events can go until midnight, with clean up not going past 1AM (special days such as New Year's Eve and Halloween may be allowed to go later). To ensure the success of your event, we require you to book a private security guard or site representative through our staffing company. This guard will welcome your guests and escort them up to the loft, while also standing outside and monitoring the hallways during the event. We collect a $500 refundable security deposit at check in. To schedule a visit, please contact us as the maximum capacity for the loft is 80 people. Additionally, we do not allow the use of any speakers or amplifiers other than the ones we provide.
